Groovy Organic Vinegar
What does Organic mean?
Organic is a form of production that is controlled and certified at every stage, without using chemical inputs in production. The aim of ecological agriculture is to protect the environment, plant, animal and human health without polluting soil, water resources and air.
Organic is a scientific and legal concept. Marketing a product with expressions such as “natural, additive-free, hormone-free, pure, village product, from the farm, homemade, healthy” does not mean that it is organic.
In order for a product to be produced and marketed organically, it must be produced in line with the European Union Organic Agriculture Legislation, in accordance with the Organic Agriculture Law of the Republic of Turkey and the Organic Agriculture Regulation, and inspected by Organic Control and Certification organizations authorized by the Ministry of Agriculture, with laboratory analyzes of the producers and products, and every stage must be recorded and documented with the traceability system.
